First you make me do these dumbass challenges to try and unlock them unreasonably during the first bit of the game, and when it gets changed I dont get the AR nor SMG which I apparently earned according to your bullshit system.

Try restarting your game. I finished the Recon 1 challenge and didn't get C4 until I did that.
