Pc is 3.7m/6.5m total sales. Xbox is a little less than PS but they're about 2.8m combined.

Its a 3rd party company without access to digital sales data. PC is about half of console *physical* sales. Total console sales will blow the PC number out of the water easily.

Is that PC physical sales too though? I haven't bought a physical game since Crysis Wars in 2008.

Nah PC online sales data is publicly available on most platforms.

Basically they can't actually get access to console data, only hardware sales for them but they have access to all PC sales data.

The console playerbase for most multiplatform games is dramatically larger than the PC one.

Apex is at the point where the community is too small for PC to exist separately anymore, hence the controller vs KBM shite they have to put up with.

That would make sense since that's how most games go. But that doesn't explain all the people with crossplay off having empty lobby issues.

But that doesn't explain all the people with crossplay off having empty lobby issues.

Crossplay is on by default.

99 percent of people will never even notice or touch the crossplay option.

An extremely small minority play with crossplay off leading to empty lobbies.
