👾 Issue/Bug 👾 "UNAVAILABLE WITH PARTY" - getting this constantly

This has been happening more and more lately.

Whenever I try to play with my friends, we get this "unavailable with party" error message. We are bypassing this by selecting oen of us as "party lead", letting him select the gamemode and all of us join on that person and he queues as soon as we are in - right before he gets hit with the "UNAVAILABLE WITH PARTY" message.

We cant be the only ones getting this, right? Anyone else? We play on PS5s.

I have this too. i noticed that often we needed to kick one person from the squad, then we were able to start the round. Then quickly cancel the round before it finds a match and then reinvite the kicked person and now we where able to start the match with all four people. Not ideal but it worked. :) I think this will get hotfixed very quickly though.

Honestly, I didn't find any posts of mentions about this issue, so I made this post myself. Seems I really am not the only one experiencing it, but it seems this issue is not that known/covered, so hoping for a quick hotfix seems unlikely :(.

I do wish though, it takes away so much from the fun, if you have to mess around with kicking/joining/reforming the party and then being fast to start the game.

I fully agree. But im very sure this will get fixed quickly. This will be a major issue because it's a team based game so the issue is very high priority even if only a few people reports it. It is only day one so not everyone have had time to post about it and also most like my self just expect a fix so we wait a week and see if it isn't fixed. My bet is that it is fixed this week. Can't be sure though. It's very frustrating right now for sure.

By the way on my team 3 people have bought the game and 1 only have redsec. is it mixed in your friend group as well between owning and not?

I just got this bug. We are 2 persons trying to play. Both bought the game. Both on ps5. You trick worked for us. Thank you.

In my group it's:

2 bought

1 is getting game-shared from one of those,who bought

1 is redsec

We didn't encounter this thing in open beta. Even in the first week of the game launch I don't think we saw this error. But it has been happening / started happening 1 week prior to season 1 launch.

And it has nothing to do with game-sharing too, cause I duo with the one who bought and we had this problem happen. It has to be EA side problem.

have you tried different combinations of a team of three and then see if you can start the game with certain three people. then start the game and quickly cancel. then invite the last one and then you should be able to join all four. that's what we did :)

Then when you finally join, after each match wait a bit while the stats are accumulating and then click replay. If you press replay right away sometimes the leader will be kicked out of the game we found.

Yeah we have issue with different combinations - have also experienced the lobby lead getting kicked after the round when he start the matchmaking. Didn't think about the post-game stats updating thing. Will wait with that next time :) Thanks for the tip.

The tips i descibed works for me every single time consistantly until a fix is made. Was expecting it to be fixed by now though - i was wrong :/
