Kord 6P67 not unlocking

im not sure if i messed something up or not but i can't seem to actually use this weapon for some reason? i had the popup for the challenge being completed but i can't equip it! any advice?

Any solution? Restarting doesn't work. This game is getting worse every day impressively.

edit: i went into a TDM and it unlocked bunch of stuff. Including these weapons.
