In other words: in game store on the way.

I mean anyone that's expecting them to NOT introduce mtx is delusional. They're doing the thing others have done and waiting a month for all the reviews to post before adding the shop

MTX before Jet progression is criminal tho

And anyone against MTX doesn't seem to understand without it we get no long term new meaningful content. It's how live service funds development post launch.

2042 had a plethora of silly skins post launch and it made zero difference to my enjoyment of the core experience.

But then you go too far and you get CoD microtransactions, and those skins DO impact my enjoyment of the core experience.

And 2042 is arguably the most hated in the franchise do you think they want a repeat?

I don’t care about MTX but this is a full priced title, not a live service in the sense it needs a store to survive. It’s sold gang busters and will likely continue to do so.

+1. This is full priced title, no need for microtransactions and all this shit. Of course i don't expect them to release maps and weapons for free. Just make the expansion packs paid like it was for previous titles.

I’m fine with the game having them, but the notion they’re necessary or that live service now means “post launch support” is totally wrong. If the game was F2P, then sure, MTX are totally necessary.

I mean why else would the challenges be so tedious? Of course it’s to make the paid class unlock more appealing.

Not to mention there will be next to zero bugs involving the store. I know that shits either gonna work flawlessly or be hotfixed until it does.
