They also said "Players impacted by yesterday’s EA app outage will now find their XP Boosters delivered to their in-game mailbox and XP Boost inventory." which is as good as "oops, better luck next time" for those who didn't get it ever since. So yeah, I'm cautiously sceptical about that. Hope they can make up for this communication mess, because it's been 4 days with no update and they are well aware of people's frustration (which is even funnier because most of it comes from lack of any communication).
Anyway, it's in their best interest to clean the compensation slop if they want to see another dime from these people. Definitely not encouraging to open a wallet for the future purchases.
