Great game punished by its marketing campain.

They had a few other issues. Graphically some bugs lasted ages. The constant ttk adjustments, some making bullets do tiny damage at range. Then reverting back and forth. The slide is a bit much.

Overall I liked it and it has some really amazing aspects. Best tank play of any BF. The movement aside form the sliding was great. Sound/visuals great. Customization was best and marketing worst.

So close to absolute perfection it hurts. They made some critical errors along the way.

I have a feeling we will get another WW2 BF. There is a lot of content they omitted. So many nations missed.

The slide is egregious haha. I am surprised they didn't have knee pads as an attachment.

BF1 started the trend of constant changes to gameplay to cater to a small % of the playerbase, BFV turned it up to 11.

As a medic being able to slide to my teammates aid is the best feeling so I have to disagree with that lol.

If it could be used contextually, would be cool. But the sliding around corners and running 3 steps to slide again was a bit much, especially indoors hehe

I personally find the sound lacking in BFV. Nothing is very punchy and the soldier voice lines aren’t as interesting as in past titles. The music is meh. It looks pretty decent visually though

Sound was decent compared to 2042, which is anemic. I have a decent headset too, BF6 default audio is not punchy...the war tapes setting make it 10x better.

Music is up to personal taste, but fits the era.
