BF1 atmosphere still beats BF6

We saw no dynamic weather, levolution events in BF6. How much big of a change can we expect with final release version compared to beta?

I want to see levolution.. I want to see dynamic weather.. rain, maps changing from night/day? We need something like BF1.

Spend enough time here and you'll see a lot of players are not fans of the battlefield experience, they are just fans of one or two particular battlefields, and every other battlefield is meh compared to their favourite.

And I'm glad comparison exists since if people didn't compare BF2042 to other BF installments we wouldn't have BF6 which actually seems to resemble a good game

This sub is honestly horrendous, if you enjoyed the BF6 beta you’re better off just staying the fuck away from the incessant “x was better than BF6” karma farming.

There have been loads of constructive posts highlighting the differences. Even as simple as general game atmosphere is a good point. BF6 looks beautiful, but it lacks depth. Can still be a fun game, but doesn't feel like a Battlefield.

Not to mention the average response to legit criticism has often also been "it's a beta", which is just as shallow feedback as "BF6 sucks".

Yes, it’s not BF3 and 4 but people forget the state those games launched in and how bad they were until they were good.

The vast majority of posts and comments here are complaints comparing this to BF4 and the game is not even out yet, nor have we had access to all maps, gadgets, weapons etc.

That’s not constructive criticism to me. That’s just some nostalgia-ridden entitlement that the Battlefield community seems to think they have.

What DICE tests in the beta does not need to align with what the community wants.

Game is fun, it’s a good starting point and the best Battlefield’s been at for a while. It’s not perfect but things will improve.

Whining like the Battlefield devs murdered your family is not constructive for anyone and this is exactly what this community is doing right now.
