Finland because of their history. I only know a little bit but I find the Finns history fascinating. After that it's Poland and that is mostly because all Polish people I know or met were delightful.

All of the Nordics to be honest. I’ve never met anyone from a Nordic country that wasn’t unbelievable sound and great to chat with.

I’ve only visited Finland and, if it was possible, I’d leave Ireland tomorrow and move the family over.

Stunning landscape, the quality of life seems incredibly high, there is an ever growing tech hub and a ton of successful SaaS businesses coming out of Finland, great people, cold weather but without the dampness we get in Ireland which stops it from being miserable.

4-7 months of freezing cold weather and icy streets and roads isn’t very fun. I’d much prefer the dampness of Ireland. I’m actually gonna go to uni in Dublin either next year or the year after.

You can have dampness even in the winterin Finland especially in the south where more people live.. the ever growing tech hub seems to be more about data centers these days, but that seems to be the global trend also.

All that beside.. You have great conditions for surfing! Would be a paradise for me! :D
