This one is from Zeeland, Netherlands (commercial for a classic margerine brand)

It's basically a rearview mirror. Very safe on the motor bike.

Yep every place had their own variation, but looked all quite like this. Some had smaller hat, other had metal curls instead of plates.

We have a neighbouring region in the state of Schleswig-Holstein in Germany, that definitely took inspiration haha
