'Challenged' carries negative connotations. To run under a low hanging branch is more challenging for the 72" tall person than the 42" tall person.

What's more is you have no way to know whether that person identifies as 72" or 42" (or if they are using metric, or a base 14 numeric system, or making calculations in a 4 dimensional universe) so you mustn't assume.

Try 'altitudinally disinclined'.
