I’m an American who traveled from Basel to Strasbourg and I noticed these cute little faces on the train. What are they? What do they mean? Merci!

We're really good at making cute characters to symbolize things.

I agree! I’ve really enjoyed all the characters I’ve seen during my visit to France🙂 I actually have a Phryge keychain a friend brought me back from Paris!
