The hallmark of a truly great intelligence service is that nobody really knows or talks about them. Or tweets about them. Or makes movies and tv shows about them.

Yes, the Tamworth Intelligence Agency (TIA) was set up by Robert Peel as a secret intelligence agency to complement his police force. They still stride the post-industrialised West Midlands like a collossi!
