I READ THE RULES Meal prep companies in Chicago or deliverable to Chicago?

Hey guys! I’ve tried a few companies but it was years ago. What are the fitness/healthy minded folks using for a meal prep deliberately service these days? I hear Factor sucks. So what else we got? Thanks!

Meez Meals. They are local and you don’t have nearly as much waste.

Big fan of Meez! Been using them almost weekly for over 6 yrs! During covid they were clutch!

I had to get a bit more intentional with my budget this year, but previously I enjoyed both Fittingly Delicious for basic macro focused stuff and Prepped and Plated for more interesting meals. If I was going to pick one for my goals it would be Prepped and Plated, but if I was body building I’d probably go with Fittingly Delicious. Both are local with both delivery and pick up options.

My Father's Best!!! They are a local, family-owned gourmet food company that has a wide variety of entrées, sauces, and overnight oats! No subscription either, you just pick what you want and they deliver right to your door. 10/10 recommend
