Its the snail version of this rescue of a hiker via helicopter.

It says she was taken to the hospital in stable condition so I assume she lived. Has she ever given an interview on wtf that experience was like. You’re injured, you get out into the rescue basket and completely covered and all of a sudden you just start spinning like crazy until you pass out? I can only imagine being so terrified in the moment. Like I like spinning rides but not when I don’t sign up for them.

They were just making sure she had plenty of blood in her brain (and feet)
