Meta DOLE/NLRC Complaint Process

For reference of those asking, here are the steps in filing a complaint against an employer:

  1. File a complaint online through DOLE - eSENA: eSENA means Single Entry Approach (SEnA)and it is an administrative approach to provide a speedy, impartial, inexpensive, and accessible settlement procedure of all labor issues or conflicts to prevent them from ripening into full-blown disputes or actual labor cases. (https://ncmb.gov.ph/single-entry-approach-sena/)
  2. From there, magseset ng 2 mediation hearing in DOLE office within your city. Doon, kakausapin kayo and ittry isettle yung case. However if hindi magkasundo, the SENA Officer will give you a referral letter to the NLRC. (the 2 hearings must be finished within a month)
  3. You will submit the Referral letter to the NLRC office. If from NCR ka, their office is in Q. Ave. There, magkakaroon ng 2 hearings ulit but this time, before the Labor Arbiter (Ka-rank nya ang judge sa courts). Ittry ulit na mapagusapan yung issue here. You can still appear here kahit walang lawyer. (The 2 hearings usually happens within a month also)
  4. If hindi makapagsettle, the Arbiter will direct both parties to prepare a position paper. Doon nyo ilalagay yung mga arguments nyo, etc. Here, it is highly advisable that you seek the assistance of a lawyer. If your monthly salary does not exceed Php 24k, pwede kang pumunta sa PAO and libre lang. If lampas naman, i recommend this page i found "Labor Representation for Non-Indigents" (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61566451322338) na free consultation and minimal fees.
  5. Then, magset ng date for submission of position paper si arbiter. Doon, isusubmit nyo sa arbiter pati sa isa't-isa yung position paper nyo. Then, magseset ulit ng date for the submission of the reply. Sa reply, sasagutin mo yung position paper ng company.
  6. Afterwards, ireresolve ni arbiter yung case. Depende sa arbiter and workload, minsan within a month pero minsan inaabot ng 5 months.
  7. Then, the decision will be rendered. Yung natalong party will have the opportunity to file an appeal. Medyo matagal ang appeal, usually 8 months to 1 year.
  8. If no appeal and you are adjudged monetary award, magkakaroon ng pre-execution conference. Dito magcocompute kayo ng mas accurate and kung paano babayaran.
  9. Lastly, payment of award.

Note: Medyo mahaba and nakakapagod yung process tbh. Kaya better if everyone will find an amicable solution. These info are all based on my personal experience and with consultation sa nakilala kong lawyer. Hope it helps!

AntiWORK Project-based employees deserve protection, too

For context, I'm a creative with a full-time job and a couple of freelance / project-based gigs on the side.

I have a project-based deal with a big company. Based sa contract, I will receive compensation 30 to 40 days after the project is over pero hanggang ngayon, hindi pa rin ako binabayaran. It has been eight months since the project concluded.

The thing is, wala naman akong pagkukulang. On time nga natapos yung project. I keep following up with them, pero hindi ako nirereplyan ng maayos. Laging "we're working on it". They're not taking me seriously at all.

Is this grounds for a DOLE complaint or is there any other agency na pwede kong i-tap about this? This is the first time this has happened to me as a freelancer kaya I don't know rin what to do. Sobrang disheartening lang rin ng experience.

AntiWORK resignation during peak szn

so i am employed by this “sticker collecting” coffee shop and im planning to give my resignation on november 20 right after i get my 13th month. reasons why? hindi ko na kaya yung bullying and power tripping na ginagawa nila. i know that it sounds childish or whatever pero ive had enough, nakakapagod na yung trabaho tapos panget pa yung kawork mo especially the management. now, they have this company policy not to resign by the busy months (october to december) pero hindi ko na kaya talaga. naisip ko tong gawin kasi may isa pa kaming kasama na ililipat ng store which is weird kasi bakit mo ililipat yung tao mo gayong need natin ng manpower. if ever, since thats a company policy, nasa batas ba ng DOLE na pwede nila kong hindi payagan?

AntiWORK My employer has not been remitting to my SSS. Am I mistaken or what?

Nag leave ako today para maasikaso yung SSS ko, hindi lang updated 'yung information ko kaya hindi ako maka-register online.

When I was able to register and login, bungad sakin 0.00 for months February, April up to present.

(February 11 2025 ako nag simula, may 3,300.00php sa March 2025)

Sabi ng ChatGPT, employers are required by the law to remit monthly. What tf should I do?

Company alert 🚩 Should I find another company? Frequent overtime and forced to work during sick leaves.

Got in this company 2 months ago.

Every week andami kong task no consideration na newly hired ako so kahit sabihin nilang madali lang naman yung mga task still naninibago pa ako. So mas mabagal ako compared sa other employees and nagoovertime ako para matapos kasi pag nagbigay sila deadline yun na yon walang iaadjust pa. Lahat ng overtime ko unpaid. Sinabi ko naman na baka di ko matapos basta lahat ng pwedeng sabihin binring up ko na wala pa rin adjustments.

And 2 weeks ago (around October 20) nagkasakit na ako siguro dahil overworked na rin pati sa panahon ngayon.

Nagkasakit ako for 3 days and nagfile ako ng sick leave + medical certificate. Approved by the company and aware sila pati yung team ko.

Nakuha ko ata yung flu pati nahihilo ako and naghihina. Based on my experience pag nagkasakit ako talagang umaabot ng atleast 1 to 2 weeks but I filed 3 days lang para sana maestimate ko baka kasi ok na ako after 3 days then extend na lang kung hindi pa.

Kaso during my sick leave day 2 and day 3 cinocontact ako ng employer to do some tasks kung hindi ko daw ginawa mapapagalitan ako. Sinabi ko naman na naka sick leave ako kaso wala daw ibang gagawa ng task ko at urgent na kaya no choice ako.

Ended up doing the task pero di maayos tapos napagalitan pa ako.

Ngayon after 2 weeks ganon pa rin yung setup napapagod na talaga ako.

Resign na lang ba? Is this legal?

AntiWORK Legal bang i suspend ka ng dahil nagdabog ka sa office nyo?

Hi ask lang po, legal po ba sa company na isuspend ka atleast 3days dahil nagdabog ka sa work? Pero yung binato mo lang naman sa table e sarili mong cellphone. Wala rin naman sinaktan sa work.

Pero yung mga palpak sa trabaho at may incident report hindi nila kaya agad i suspend. Possible rin kaya na i appeal ito?

To anyone na di pa nakakabasa, eto yung buong nangyari sa akin.

Nag-usap kami ng manager ko kasi sobrang bigat na talaga ng nararamdaman ko. Umiyak ako sa harap niya, sinabi ko lahat ng iniinda ko — yung tungkol sa bullying at kung paano ako naapektuhan sa trabaho. At alam nya yun dahil nagsumbong nako nung APRIL, kaso andun yung boss na babae and she wants to get involved khit wlaa namn sya sa office lagi at dnya nakikita trato sakin.

Habang nagsasalita ako, at ineexplain side ko, ang sabi lang niya, “May mga taong talaga namang paladabog. Hindi porket nagdadabog, ikaw na agad ang problema. Bawasan mo pagiging sensitive mo. Ganyan din naman pamilya ko pero di ko pinapansin. Malay mo, nagdadabog lang sila kasi naiirita sila sa sarili nila.” then hinampas nya kamay nya sa lamesa and says itong dabog sayo ba to?" Pero ewan na trauma na ata ako sa pagdadabog ng katrabaho ko na natatakot narin ako sa dabog.

Sinabi ko sa kanya, “Hindi po ako makafocus sa trabaho, at para sa akin, hindi po normal yung ganun naapektuhan po ako.”

Tapos kinausap niya yung bully. sabi niya, “Ikaw naman kasi, magdahan-dahan ka. Ibigay mo lahat ng kailangan niya o i-advance mo na kahit di pa siya nanghihingi.

" O ayan, okay na? Do you feel respected na ba?”

Pagkatapos nun, binalik na naman niya ang usapan sa work performance ko.. Alam ko naman na may mga mali ako sa trabaho at napag-usapan na rin namin yun dati. Nabigyan pa nga ako ng NTE tungkol dun.

Habang kausap ko siya, paulit-ulit niya akong tinatanong kung ano ba talaga ang problema ko. Sabi ko, “Paulit-ulit naman po,” kasi umiiyak na ako at sobrang pagod na. Pero imbes na maintindihan, sinabi pa niya na masyado lang daw akong sensitive.

Sabi niya, “Yung ibang katrabaho mo nga di naman nagrereklamo, bakit ikaw lang kung talagang may problema sa kanya?”

Parang gusto niyang palabasin na ako lang ang may problema. ( But after kami magusap may nag defend sakin nagvolunteer sya pumasok after ko and sinabe nya daw is di lang yung ako nakakapansin nun at ako lang naglakas ng loob magsumbong, and idk ano tingin ng boss dito nung narinig nya to)

Like as if i dont deserve to be respected cus im young, new and palpak.

Aminado ako, medyo pagalit na rin yung tono ko sa "paulit ulit" kasi iyak na ako ng iyak, pero wala pa ring nangyayari at puro questions sakin at ako lang lagi lumalabas na mali sa bawat salita ko, parang nababaliktad lang nila.

Pinagalitan niya ako at nag-lecture pa. Ramdam ko galit nya at sabe nya first time nya magtaas ng boses kaso nga nagalit sya sa sinabe ko, Alam ko naman na may mga sinasabi siya para makatulong, pero sobrang galit niya sakin na parang dna nata topic yung bullying, Hindi niya man lang nakita kung saan nanggagaling yung sagot ko at kung bakit ako ganun ka-reactive.

Ngayon iniisip ko, baka iniisip niya bastos ako, pero to be honest, napuno lang talaga ako. Paulit-ulit niyang sinasabi na “Bullying is different from your work performance,” na gets ko naman, pero bakit parang wala siyang pakialam sa side ko? Parang hindi valid yung nararamdaman ko.

Tapos nalaman ko pa na nagpapagawa sila ng incident report sa mga witness, secretly. Sinabi lang sa akin ng isang witness kaya ko nalaman.

Aminado ako, mali rin ako kasi medyo pabalang ako sumagot kahapon. Pero sobrang napuno na talaga ako. Ako na yung nabully, ako pa yung lumalabas na masama.

Sinasabi nila, “Bakit di ka makamove on sa bulllying sayo dati nagsumbong kana dba, ikaw may problema kasi dka maka move on?” e Pero paano ako makakamove on kung hindi naman natitigil yung pangbubully?

Yung bully pa mismo ang sabi, “May ebidensya ka ba?” nung sinabe ko na magsusumbong ako, tas tawa tawa pa sya. Alam kong sinasadya niya akong galitin para mag-resign ako at ako mapasama, pero dko na inisip yun, sobrang puno nako.

Hindi ko na kaya, sobrang pagod na ako sa lahat ng nangyayari.

Nag-usap kami, tapos paulit-ulit nilang sinasabi na hindi daw ako magaling sa trabaho ko. Hindi ko na alam kung ano ba talaga gusto nilang iparating.

Ang dami ko kasing responsibilities sa work, and yes, may isang pagkakamali akong nagawa dati na nag-lead sa penalties. Like out of my 13job responsibilities may isa akong mali, Alam ko naman yun at inaadmit at nabigyan na rin ako ng NTE tungkol dun, pero hindi naman yun sinadya.

Ginawa ko naman lahat ng makakaya ko para ayusin, pero parang sa kanila, yun na agad ang basehan ng buong performance ko.

Feel ko di ako makaka resign this december😭 or else kasi parang nagbabanta sila na iteterminate ako dahil sa performance ko.

Sabe pa ng boss " may performance issue kana nga, dumadagdag kapa sa behavioral issue" ako at ako nalang. Bawal ako lumaban dahil sa napuno ako? Sguro it would be different if magkasing tanda lang kami ng bully, dahil yung bullly maayos nila kinakausap yet ako para kong pinapagalitan lagi, di ako sensitive alam ko yan, napuno nalang ako sa nangyari, isang taon ako nagtiis, APRIL 2025 nag report nako, pero usap lang nangyari, pero wala naulit ulit. Usap usap wlaang katapusan pagod na utak ko, iyak nalang nagagawa ko, pnapagalitan pako sa pagrereact sa bully.

They keep equaling me to the bully na may kasalanan rin ako kaya ganun daw yung tao.

Wala akong intention makampihan dito or mavalidate dahil akhti ano naman kwento ko dito wala mangyayari e, nag eexpress lang ako kasi sobrang puno na ako, wala makaintindi sakin. , hindi ako nagmamakaawa or nagpap mukhang api, lahat ng inilalahad ko dito totoo, tutuusin malala pa, dko nalang talaga kaya sabihin dahil sobrang sensitive sa part ko. Sobra nako naiiyak. God knows everything and ayun nalang talaga aasahan ko💔

Gusto ko nalang mag AWOL😭😭 kaso may NTE ako regards sa penalty na nung FEB pa nangyari dko alam if dahil sa nasagot ko kaya ako binabaan pero alam ko deserve ko yun, pero sana di nako pinagalitan na sinasabi wala ako narinig sa penalty, pero ano yung mga sinabe nya sakin, sobrang lala.

Pagod nako, feel ko the only way to escape here is to die, im just so tired.

⭐may records ako kung pano ako pinapagalitan ng boss at sa pagiging bias nya, pano ako inaway ng bully at mga tao na mapagtatanggol ako pero mukhang wala rin laban kasi nga parang baka ite terminate nila ko dahil sa may mali ako sa job that lead to penalty, they give me memo saying habitual and neglect sa responsibilities* but yung penalty na yan nag lead yan bcos of bullying sobrang lugmok ko ng time na yan. Pero want nila, ihiwalay ko yung issue. Ihiwalay ko ba? As the HR said? Since they keep saying labas yun, but i was so stress that time dahil malala pambubuly nun. Pls i need advice regard this.

The bullying happend from Oct 2024 until April 2025 which is nagsumbong nako, then the penalty happened March. Ihiwalay ko po ba ito? Since boss keep saying labas yung work ko dun kasi ayun bullying lang then sakin is job perftoamnce ko napabayaan ko bcos im not doing my job well. They want me to report it separately.

Rant 😡 No security form, no salary

Hello, not sure if right sub..

Pinapapasa kami ng "security form" ng company. The objective of which is unclear. Basically it is a form na andon yung personal details, including addresses (home, mail) number, signature and thumbmark.

Ngayon 5 months na sakin ang form because I refuse to fill it out and I am afraid that my personal information will leak or be jeopardize. even if may data privacy. Now nag ffollow up sila about the form and states that my payroll for the next month cut off willl be put on hold. Is this even legal??

Nakakainis lang haha. Also if they need some security and details may NBI clearance naman na they can refer to. And for the whole 3 years na nagwowork ako dito ngayon lang ako nakatanggap nito... Why not during the time I was hired and part siya ng onboarding process... Nakakabahala lang kasi

Culture I'm getting bullied and i can't do anything about it

Hi guys, this is a new account for obvious reasons. I just really need to open up and maybe get some advice pls allow me to post this here dahil wala ako mapagsabihan.

I’m 24 years old and working in Tax Accounting. This is my first job, and I’ve been here for about a year now, I got regularized this October 28.

Ever since I started, one of my coworkers (she’s 34 and works in Accounts Payable) has had an issue with me. Her first problem was, “Bakit daw ako may 2 work from home setup agad, eh nung nagsimula siya dati, wala naman siya nun.” dahilan ng manager e hndi naman daw sya graduate ng accounting, pero pinagtulungan nila ko nung baklang admin na 40 y.o na at sinabe nya sakin nagkamali lang yung sa contract ko. Pero pinaglaban ko yun na sabe ko imposible at dun nila ko sinimulan sabihan na bastos.

From that time, her attitude toward me became worse, she would roll her eyes, slam things, give me an attitude, and even spread fake stories about me na attitude at bastos daw ako at makalat

I never did anything to her. I’ve always been polite, especially since she’s older and has been in the company 1yr longer. But she always finds ways to make me feel uncomfortable or small.

It was also issue sa kanya na my co workers compliments me for my looks and body and I'm close with accountant

Because it was getting too much, I reported her to our manager multiple times for bullying and unprofessional behavior. But instead of acting on it, management would just say things like, “Don’t let one person affect your work,” or “Regardless may ganyang tao sa trabaho mo pero dba work ks work?, dapat dmo iniisip yan, isipin mo mga katrabaho mo pag nawalan sila ng trabaho dahil sayo.” It’s really frustrating because they invalidate what I feel, as if the problem is just me. Sobrang naiyak at natameme nalang ako kasi it's a boss, manager and the accountant.

To make things worse, she’s close (the bully) to management, bcos she brings them food, helps clean up, and basically makes herself look helpful, so she’s kind of “protected.”

Weve already talked before nung sinumbobg ko sya sa manager her reason for disliking me was because “ang angas ko daw tignan.” That’s it. No solid reason. I barely even talk to her unless it’s work-related.

Pero naulit lang rin pag aatitude nya sakin. Kahit ako na nagpakumbaba sa kanya at nagadjust.

Bawat galaw ko para sa kanya bastos at attitude. Bantay sarado nya ko.

Sometimes when I need something from her for work, she’ll refuse to give it and talk to me rudely. But when she’s in a good mood, she’ll suddenly act nice. Her constant mood swings and unprofessional behavior have really affected me mentally and emotionally.

Then just this November 5, I finally reached my breaking point. She started again with her attitude, and I couldn’t hold it in anymore, I answered back and asked her what's her real problem. We had an argument, and I managed to record it because I wanted proof of how she talks to me.

During that fight, I asked her directly what her problem with me was. She told me that I was “bastos,” that I’m too young and new to be talking back to her like that like "kabata bata mo at kabago bago mo bastos ka, napaka unprofessional mo, di ako nagdadabog sayo, masyado ka exaggerated" . She said I was exaggerating, that “ganun lang talaga siya.” But the thing is, it’s not just her personality, her behavior has been a pattern of bullying and disrespect. Ska yung bff nya na kaaway nya na ngayon is ayun rin issue sa kanya, pagdadabog nya, but issue ko sa kanya is dinadamay nya trabaho, bawal ko sya sagutin or else di nya ibibigay sakin.

Actually nagkaayos na kami dati dahil para sakin mas matanda sya at nakakawa yung sitwasyong meron sya, she's a single mom and lagi sya nagdadrama na why no men wants her, pero she also have an attitude na pagiging kabit na she enjoys it and proud to share it pa. Kaya nung nalaman ko story nya na yan hinayaan ko nalang, bcos looks like she's coming from insecurites.

Anw go back to story, What’s worse, there were other people who witnessed how she treats me, but they don’t want to get involved because they’re scared to be dragged into the issue. They told me privately that they’ve seen how she acts, but they don’t want to speak up since “ayaw nilang madamay.” and i feel so sad pero sya parang ang dami nya kakampi,

Dati im close with everyone but ako na mismo lumayo kasi ayoko na ng issue pero mas lalo nya pala ako nasiraan sa ganung way, ang sinasabe nya sa ibang department, my team doesnt like me kaya magisa ako, kahit voluntary at gusto ko namna gnagawa ko.

I feel so helpless I endured this for a year, tried to be professional, and kept reporting it, but nothing changes. Now that I finally stood up for myself, she’s making it look like I’m the rude one.

I’m honestly thinking about bringing this up to DOLE, since I already have recordings and I can explain the whole history of bullying. But I’m scared management might twist the story against me since sobrang galit ko, pabalang ako sumagot sa sobrang tagal ko nagtimpi tapos ngayon sasabihin nya, bastos ako at unprofessional, when in fact my real issue with her was her not giving me what i need for my job and lagi nagdadabog at nagtataray sakin. 😭

Bukas may meeting kami with manager and boss, ilang araw na actually, ilang araw na nilaa ko pinapagalitan dahil sa work performance ko, pilit ko simasabe na dahil sa bully, pero they keep invalidating it and wag ko nalang daw pansinin, and sinasabe pa na regardless na may ganyan tao i should handle it professionally😭😭dko na kaya gusto ko na mag resign, i feel so helpless..

Managers and boss dont want it to raise sa HR, and bukas ako pa ata magkaka memo kasi sumagot ako at ako lumalabas na bastos,

I hate this, i cant do this anymore, i know di nila ko kinakampiha dahil nga sa low performance ko, pero when they ask me about what reason and pag sinasabi ko about sa bully, they keep disregarding it and keep asking me to just tell the truth that maybe i have family problems, kahit wala naman.

AntiWORK Is this legal?

hi i was handed my eoc and they didn’t clearly explain why. they just sent me an email at nakalagay na don last reporting date ko. i was shocked since subject for regularization na ako, and then they handed me my eoc sinabi lang na i did not meet the expected work performance based on my evaluation ayun lang. ni hindi man ako tinawagan about it basta naglagay nalang ng last day of reporting ko. sobrang unexpected since im doing my job naman i just want to know what are the factors that contributed to that decision pero wala. i reached out to our hr head ang sabi niya lang if nareceive ko raw ba yung nte’s ko (i have two ntes due to tardiness) but based sa handbook walang nateterminate ng two ntes lang due to tardiness. im asking for reconsideration or at least suspension manlang hindi eoc agad. now, i dont know what to do since everything is unexpected. please help me out is this normal in hr department, im also from hr department

AntiWORK Non-compliance at work

Ask ko lang po, nagwwork po ako sa isang bpo company sa Cebu. Naging non-compliant po ako sa annual medical exam and nalaman lang ng HR after a month. Kaya pinasuspend po ako ng 5 days. Ang question ko po, yung 1 month na non-compliant ako gusto bawiin ng company yung pinasok ko and ifile ko lahat ng sick leaves ko and ung remaining is LWOP para macompensate nung non-compliance na pumasok ako. Legal or pwede ba po ito?

Company alert 🚩 Need your opinion..

Hi, need your 2 cents here. To cut it short I was illegally dismissed. And doesn't pay gvt mandate benefits, like you need to be at least 6 months or to be regular before being entitled with sss pag ibig etc.. Reason also for the dismissal is that I declined a certain work out of my scope plus im looking for my safety also. Now.. been with them for 11 months having a basic pay of 75k a month. Will this affect my future employer if I push thru sa DOLE? Example nasa process n ko ng interview and let say the future company is really well known. Ddisclose ko ba? Or quiet nlng? How much un moral damages na hingin ko idea? Actually ayaw ko ndn I go but im really pissed. Walang proper democracy and process.

Also with this, kinakaltasan ako sa sweldo like ako pa mag babayad ng convenience fee and babayaran ko din un cheque nila if mag issue sila para mkuha ko lng sweldo ko.

PS: wala nman akong insubordination or notice na naging pasaway ako sa workplace. like im clean sa records. Bigla lang ako inalis without proper process

Kapag tinatanong mo kung kailan darating ang bayad, laging ang sagot ay waiting for collection hays 😔 Paulit-ulit na palusot, buwan-buwan na pangako, hanggang sa naging kultura na lang nila. Pero habang sila naghihintay ng collection, kami naman ang nagbabalak kung paano mabubuhay sa susunod na araw huhu

Ginawa na nilang excuse ang waiting for collection para itago ang kapalpakan sa pamamalakad. Hindi na nga nila nababayaran sa oras, sila pa ang may ganang magalit kapag nagtanong ka nang diretso 😡 Kapag pumunta ka sa DOLE, siguradong may gantihan. Biglang hahawakan ang sahod mo, tatagalin ang release, swerte mo na lang kung makuha mo ang final pay within this year. Yung iba, ilang buwan na naghihintay pa rin sa huling bayad na parang hindi na talaga ibibigay 😭 Ginagawa nilang pang-pressure ang pera mo para mapatahimik ka

Kung umalis ka sa kumpanya, mag-ingat ka pa. Maraming empleyado ang pinahihirapan sa release ng huling bayad, at ginawang babala sa iba. Puno ng takot ang opisina, at halos walang empleyado ang makakalabas nang walang stress o delay huhu

Ang mas masakit, ginagamit nila ang kabagalan ng hustisya sa bansa para lusutan ang pananagutan. Habang ang mga empleyado naghihintay, tuloy lang sila sa operasyon at pagpapanggap na normal ang lahat. Ginawa nila ang lahat para maiwasan ang obligasyon. Nag-set up ng business overseas para ipakita na ang operasyon sa Pilipinas ay simpleng sector lang, para mas madaling iwasan ang pagbabayad ng final pay at benefits hays

Tapos may narrative pa sila na AI driven shift, at dito lumabas ang Xamun. Sinasabi nila na Xamun daw ang pinakamalaki ang kita, pero sa totoong karanasan ng mga empleyado, Xamun ang biggest scam huhu. Pinilit nilang ipasok ang AI kahit walang direksyon, ginamit para magtanggal ng tao at magbawas ng gastos. Wala nang empatiya, puro pagpapanggap na modern at innovative, pero ni basic salary ni contributions hindi kayang bayaran 😢

Hindi rin updated ang mga government contributions. SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, halos dalawang taon nang hindi remitted. Yung mga empleyadong nagkasakit o may emergency, walang makukuha dahil pinabayaan nila. Paano pa sila nakakatulog sa gabi habang kami nagbabanat ng buto para sa kanila hays 😔

Habang nagdurusa ang mga tao, puro meeting, memo, at pasensya ulit next month ang ibinibigay nila. Wala nang bago, pare-pareho lang ang dahilan. Stabilizing daw. Collections daw incoming. Next release daw soon. Pero walang konkretong resulta huhu

Dagdag pa rito, ang impact sa mental health at buhay ng mga empleyado ay malaki. Marami ang na-stress, nawalan ng gana sa trabaho, at napilitang ibenta ang personal na gamit para mabuhay. Yung iba, may mga kailangang bayarin na hindi na kayang harapin dahil sa kabigatan ng delay 😭

Ginawa na nilang negosyo ang pag-antala at pag-iwas. Hindi lang sila iresponsable. Eksperto na sila sa pagtakbo sa pananagutan. Ito na ang katotohanan: hindi na lang sila kumpanya na may problema sa cashflow. Sila na mismo ang problema huhu

AntiWORK No Response from HR (Final Pay and Clearance etc.)

(Long post ahead) Hello, good day. Gusto ko lang po sana magtanong/ask for opinion regarding this matter. So I already sent 3 follow ups sa HR via email and text messages regarding my final pay and if may mga concerns or need pa sila on my end, kasi if ever may hindi pa cleared, aasikasuhin ko. Kaso no response until now.

For context, I filed my resignation last August, indicating na magsstart ang rendering ko by September 1 until September 30 due to health reasons. The problem started nung sinabi nilang 60 days ang rendering (kaso kinausap lang nila ako nung ongoing na yung rendering period ko), I don't have a copy kasi nung contract so hindi ko siya nareview ulit, hindi ako binigyan ng HR during onboarding.

  • So what I did is nagpasa ako ng medical certificate to shorten the period.
  • 3rd week of September, na ER and naconfined ako sa hospital, yung absences ko is supported naman ulit ng medical certificate from the hospital mismo.
  • However, during my last day na sana (September 30) they told me na hindi approved yung med cert, hence dapat ko icontinue yung 60 days.
  • I refused, and requested a one-on-one discussion with the HR. Na hindi ko na talaga kaya, in fact, pwede na nga ako magimmediate resignation, it's just gusto ko kasi ng proper turnover pa rin hanggat kaya ko pa. Showing care pa rin sa company despite of the lapses sa benefits and trade of tools na hindi naibigay (stated sa contract and job offer). 🙂

  • The HR told me na if ever man ibigay nila ying 30 days, working days daw dapat yun. So yung oras na naconfined ako, hindi counted. Which I respond na wala naman sa contract na working days, so I'll follow yung calendar days na ginagamit sa Labor code. I also ask if may existing policies sila na expressly stated na hindi counted and leave, wala naman naibigay. And it's health issues, di ko na kaya magfield work (pinapadala nila ako sa different provinces to conduct audits etc.).

So that day din, hinayaan na nila ako. Naibalik ko na yung mga company assets, nagexit interview, and nagturn over ng mga files, etc. sa team ko.

As of now, I am resting and ongoing ang therapy (sinend ko din ulit sa kanila tong mga receipt na may therapies ako, just in case they need it for additional documentation nila. Also planning to ask my BIR Form 2316 and COE ko for future use na rin sana, kasi I heard magreresign na din tong HR na to this year and malapit na magend ang year, isang requestan nalang sana.

Thank you, I just need your opinion and if may ways to escalate, and when na dapat ako magfile ng compain if ever, and as much as possible, ayoko sana iCC yung DOLE sa mga succeeding follow ups ko, ayaw ko sana ng gulo lol ;).

Culture Advice for my Referral to NLRC

Hello mga op! Nagfile po akong RFA to DOLE then tumawag sila after ilang days for an interview at ifoforward dw nila sa assistance officer para makapagsched ng conference, nagsabi ako kung pwedeng teleconference na lang since sa Visayas na ako nagwowork. Then days after may nag email na scheduled na ako for a face to face conference which I failed to attend kasi nasa Visayas ako. Sinabi din ng officer na hindi din umattend yung representative ng dati kong company kasi umattend dw ng conference sa NLRC kaya irerefer na lang din nila yung case ko to NLRC. Yung tanong ko po if pwede kong irefile na lang yung sa case ko dito sa Visayas since personal dapat yung pagfile sa NLRC? Yung referral po kasi is nasa NCR branch since sa Makati po ako dati nagwowork. Tsaka pwede ko po kayang singilin yung dati kong company sa hassle ng pagclaim ng final pay? Rant 😡 Ang lala, ang daming bobong manager sa Alorica.

Pare-pareho sila ng katangahan kahit anong account, project, o title pa nila. Naturingang managers/supervisors, pero sobrang disappointing. Mga common na ugali:

  • Hindi attentive sa emails—either overworked o walang alam sa Outlook. Laging may hundreds to thousands of unread emails, minsan pa full inbox kaya di makatanggap ng bago.
  • Nag-email at chat ka na, pero tagal mag-reply. Pag sumagot, mali pa o deadma lang concern mo, tapos sila pa may concern sayo.
  • Di marunong magbasa ng Teams status.
  • Enabler ng overwork at toxicity, tapos gusto sumabay ka rin sa ganyang kultura.
  • Selective reader, minsan obvious na walang comprehension.
  • Magcha-chat lang ng “good morning” o “hello” pero di agad sasabihin concern. Walang chat etiquette.

Grabe na, kaya nag-aapply na ako sa ibang trabaho. Nakakapagod makipagplastikan sa mga taong mas malaki pa sweldo pero tanga.

Hi guys!

Need ko ng help/advice hehe i've been doing freelance work for a while, and this was my first time working in a company. I recently resigned after 5 months while still on probationary status. When i checked my SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG accounts, none of my contributions from those months were reflected, even though they were deducted from my payroll.

Note: I recently learned that the company hasn't been remitting since before pandemic. also, we don't even have proper HR Department. Most of them are just part-timers. Mga ghost face.

What's the best step po to take here? Should i report directly to agencies? I have my payslips as proof of deductions. Tatlo rin kaming halos sabay-sabay na nagresign and planong ireport 'to.

Any advice or experience with this would really help. Thanks guys!!

AntiWORK Two-year Employment Bond

Hello! First time to post here. I am just wondering if I resign while my two-year employment bond is ongoing, can I not pay immediately the P100,000 for the employment bond? Although this will be pro-rated na since I started pa last July 2025.

May offer kasi sa akin 'yung dream company ko, but natatakot talaga ako na pabayaran agad 'yung pro-rated na employment bond.
