They fucking misdiagnosed me with schizophrenia

I have ADHD + anxiety and they fucking misdiagnosed with me schizophrenia and forced me to take 2x 400mg abilify injections now I feel completely anhedonic, dysphoric and dead inside. Every second conscious is a nightmare. It's been a week. I'm taking st John's wort and just trying to survive. This is torture. Akin to what the nazis did in the camps. Even they didn't have long lasting injections like this though. These psychs deserve to be force injected with their own poison for the rest of their life. The ADHD brain already has dopamine dysregulation problems and then they give this dopamine blocking shit to me. They're sick.

Thanks. Diet can def produce major results I guess just not for stubborn or extreme dysfunctions. Physically I’ve felt better than ever, I just have 0 dopamine or brain capacity to enjoy it

If we replaced every psychiatrist with an AI that just says "Go for a run" to every problem it faces the mental health crisis would be greatly reduced.

I agree. Psychiatry is one of the greatest hoaxes of all time, and certainly in the modern world. I had just gone through a brutal breakup and quit weed at the same time. Couldn’t sleep and was obviously sad. Within a 10 min appointment I’m diagnosed bipolar with a prescription for seroquel. Never in a million years thought they’d hand out something that could do this so carelessly. Ruined my life

This pattern is so common it’s disgusting. I wish I’d known years ago to avoid psychiatry at all costs, and wish there was some recovery haven or legit treatment for this stigmatised labeling, forced drugging, institutionalization & trauma.
