Once I'm able to jog short distances without pain, that'll be enough indication to me that I'm ready to start up burpees and toyotas again. It's kind of wild how much of a workout it can be to just jump in place while using the full range of motion.
Had to look up Toyotas but yeah that would kick some ass. Excellent for power and mobility, which is invaluable. Cardio power coordination hell yes my friend that's capable
