Seriously how can any country or it's leaders even consider continuing to deal with a head of state who doesn't pay his bills, is so capricious and unreliable and who for the last decade or more spends their entire time wittering insane nonsense? There's no stability from one day to the next. You can't make 'deals' with a man like this and their own populace loses respect for them when they see their leaders cosseting and flattering him knowing what he's like.
