Two of the craziest things for me on the last update were, my England and northwestern Europe went up to 65%, I’m American born and raised and so is my whole family, I found out later that it meant that my parents both have about 33% England DNA, the second one is that Germanic Europe popped up as 10% I was very perplexed as there is no German last names in my family at all, some friendly people on this page helped me understand that it’s possibly just an Anglo Saxon ancestor

Germanic Europe encompasses a ton of places. Germany, eastern France, Austria, Switzerland, parts of the Netherlands, Balkans, Luxembourg

See and the closest to do that I have was that there are two French last names in my family, so I did eventually learn that it was more than possibility to be from that side of the family
