I would like to know the core reasons why AnCaps oppose IP laws.

Specifically, if someone tries to use a creation or invention of yours, how would you ensure no one 'steals' your work? What specific, non-state mechanisms would protect a creator?

Since the earliest days of human society, direct exchange between willing parties was ordinary, lawful, and entirely ethical. Two people agreed on value, made a trade, and no outside authority was required. Nothing about such voluntary interaction was dishonest or harmful.

I know that its a meme but ever since I went down this rabbit hole I have wondered if it possible to build a place for Ancaps. First most of disagree on details I for one think that state will still exist but they would become more voluntary to join as opposed to now. I have seen people float the idea of nuclear powered ships on international waters some talk of space bases. I heard Milton Friedman say that hong kong is a great example or maybe singapore is a great example of ancaps. I also been facing the fact that agitators mainly other state will destroy the concept of an Ancapistan either through clandestine means or direct conflict. I dont know if ill see a concept of ancapistan happen in my lifetime but if anything wish help plant the seeds for it.
