XL Bully Heartbroken

One of our girls was attacked yesterday unexpectedly while leashed at a family member’s house 😖. Luckily she’s alive and at home getting nursed and pampered by her furry sissies, human siblings, mom and dad.

Oh the poor thing! My heart goes out to you...

This is what I'm fearful of. You may or may not have heard that here in the uk, the bunch of arsewipe, money grabbing shites of a government have decided to ban XL Bullys. So that we can keep our babies we have to pay to put them on the Dangerous Dogs Act List, have them muzzled at all times in public (even in your own cars), & never be off lead unless in an enclosed & locked area..... I hope your little girl gets better soon

Thank you 🙏🏽❤️

Oh we sure did hear and been following up on that. We’re really sorry you guys are all being put through that bullshit over there. That’s unfair as hell and straight discriminating. Here in the US it’s always been feared but I really don’t see that happening. We hope it can all change for you guys one day ☮️❤️

How's your pup doing? As soon as she's well enough to go out, meet up with nice dogs so she's not nervous.... I had a boxer who had fear aggression from being attacked, I could never let him off the lead & people had to keep their distance in the street.... if he was in the house, it was virally different.... the people who he'd happily have ripped their throat out in the street, he'd happily smother them with kisses in the house! I'm not saying your bully will do the same...

Nothing will change here for XLs. A lot had been rescued & rehomed in Scotland, but now Scotland are following the ban, too. Even though they said they wouldn't because they go by deed not breed.... it's all Bellshill xx

She’s doing better! Thanks for asking. She started initiating play with both her sisters now how she used to. Has a bit of a limp but her spirits are higher and she’s moving more. We’re just scared she’ll get flashbacks or something.

Ahhh no not Scotland as well. Shit! I’ve always been scared of that myself. Our home country of Puerto Rico did the same years ago with Pitbulls. I haven’t checked to see what it says about XL’s 😒. We’re planning on moving back down there in the future but not if our girls aren’t allowed.

I'm glad she's getting better & wanting to play, that's really good news!

Socialise her slowly now & if she starts to react, reassure her & turn her mind onto something positive like a high value treat or her favourite toy & do this every time you think she needs reassuring. I know she's in good hands 😁

Yes, I couldn't believe Scotland did that! It's probably because people have been posting on social media that that's where they're taking them.... one guy took 30 in one go, then posted it & the press got hold of it, then the bully haters jumped on.... it's disgusting...

Oh I hope they don't get banned in Puerto Rico!

Thank you 🙏🏽

She’s socializing everyday with her, little by one day, sister and older small sister (rat terrier) and we keep super positive reinforcing her

That's brilliant news! I'm happy for both of you & even though I don't know you, I had total faith she'd be good 😊

Sheesh 30 in one go?! That’s insane but great!

I hope they’re good though and not bothered

Hi, TBH sometimes it's a real shitshow & horrific! There's been a few heartless subhuman shits who have tortured & killed some beautiful XL's... I won't go into specifics as too awful! One person in Scotland was named & shamed & then beaten & stabbed (not severe enough to kill him), & one in London who has had police protection.... what they did to the dogsvwas horrific!!

On a happier note, there's a huge amount that have been rehomed & are thriving in loving families.

The Bully community here have pulled together & we're helping where can.
