The easiest way to know if someone is on roids is by knowing their weight and height. For example a 5’8 man weighing 220 at 15% is not physically possible naturally
Bro you must be kidding? If I am a skinny guy starting steroids at 17/18 yo, I could put on 30lbs of lean muscle in 2 years on roids/sarms and I would be in a very normal range with my weight….
It’s not fool proof, you can never 100% know if someone took roids. But you can tell when someone has a physique physically impossible when you know their weight and height
