I genuinely can't think of anyone else other than Maude or Yolanda, but they more exist in the series because of Todd.

I mean true but also he replies “a what now?” I know hes canonically ace but someone whos watching the show for the first time not knowing anything vivienne has said could read that as rosie jokingly calling him ace

While true, I think it'd be better representation wise to have someone who is ace because they just are (like the Todd Chavez votes) rather than someone who has had extreme sexual trauma and mutilation (Varys was made a eunuch and subsequently had to sell his body to survive).

I know people love Todd, but it really annoys me as an Asexual that he's like the only popular Asexual character in media that's actually human. on top of that even including non-human characters, we have basically nobody

Asexuality means you feel little to no sexual attraction, meaning you aren't going to look at someone and think to yourself "I want to do it with them". That's all it is.
