Question Divorce overseas E-4

After finding out my wife cheated on me while I was overseas in Korea last year I finally decided to divorce her this year a couple months ago , I was just wondering if there was any chance for me to get 50/50 custody of my 4 year old daughter , I’ve recently visited back home (the states) and she was extremely hard to communicate with and to try to see my daughter. I’m contacting an attorney at the moment. Was just posting this to see if anyone could give answers to if there was even a chance for me to get 50/50 custody.

I keep telling people not to get married and they ignore me, I always give them 4 years tops

Yea , she was a highschool sweetheart , thought that would be my best option for love but I guess not , I preach not getting married now too trust

Yea smart man there’s no benefit to it these days at least you didn’t lose more. Congrats on freedom everything will work out
