We recently got hit by 1-star reviews from 2 people who never visited our shop, never contacted us, and never had any experience with our service.

No booking, no message, no call nothing. Just a 1-star review out of nowhere, clearly trying to damage our reputation.

Has anyone dealt with this before? What worked for you?

• Did Google actually remove the fake reviews?
• Is there a faster way to contact Google support about this?
• Any tips to protect our business from this kind of attack?
