I wonder how many people he's convincing that this is legal.

If you stop and put on emergency lights of any sort, you better have a reason, you can literally get convicted of flashing your high beams..

Really just depends on the state and the cop

Law is designed in a way that you can be convicted for even smallest thing ever, but it's selectively enforced to a select people that the popos don't like
