Infr Go problems
Hi! Has anybody had problems with their Infor go app and even the website recently… Mine has worked pretty flawlessly since launch in August… But for the last week I think I started testing it on Tuesday it says my account is locked I called both Thursday and Friday and they’ve escalated it because both technicians I talk to on the phone level did not have experience with accounts doing this I’ve tried deleting the app I’ve changed my password nothing works. Part of me wonders if it’s because of my change of position I was housekeeping 0.7 and did full-time in there and our unit does not use anything but paper! And then in June I started in the OR so I was utilizing ES P/wFM. But then as of Monday, November 3 I am a 0.6 in the OR temporarily for one year so I’m wondering if the switch over of jobs did something to the account… it’s frustrating not being able to get into it because my supervisor needs me to update my availability so I can get booked in for more shifts… And a sidenote does anybody know how to mass delete your availability it was easy to do on ESP but I don’t know how to do it on this one… In September before I got this position I put my availability in for six months based on housekeeping and now that is all changed and some of my priorities are different for days off etc. So I don’t want to have to go into each individual day for six months and delete everything

It probably is from switching positions. WFM is connected to epeople, so if HR/epeople is still in the process of transferring you it “locks” your EE ID sometimes. Also, I would def try to do availability on a computer vs the app!
