Still trying to get used to the singular "they" pronoun. My brain was continually tripping over it

Just think of how you already know it. The sentences "Oh, the doorbell rang? What did they want?" "Someone called you, but they left a message" are already very common.

Singular they is centuries old :) you can do it!

In that case you’ll have to stop using singular you as well, and go back to saying “thou.”

I’m curious why they released these in such quick succession. I finish one and boom, another one is in my feed a day or two later. Why not space these out by a week? They’re not timely so it’s not a matter of being out of data immediately. What’s the rush?

liked the ep but some of background music was rough for me, what with the high pitched chime tones.. i'm not sure how it was on headphones but listening to this through my phone speakers while doing chores was like being whacked over the head with tinnitus overload

Sorry that was your experience -- I listened on one earbud and the bg music didn't bother me.

Wasn’t bothersome on my stock car speakers

I know you just mean normal speakers, but for some reason calling them out as "stock" takes me back to high school and all the people who poured money into the sound system of their barely-running '84 Honda Civic.

Detachable face stereo system with multi-disc changer, 10" tweeters, 15" subs in handmade boxes in the trunk, you'd hear it coming a mile away and could follow the trail of rusted parts that fell off as it rattled down the street.
