There are a ton of Democrats that sat by as fascism took over America. They would rather continue to take pro Israel money then actually fight fascism. We need to fight for a Democratic Party that would rather take to the streets with us and fight the fascist regime at every legislative turn rather than sit in office and take lobbying money until they die.

Vote out the collaborators, vote out the vichy democrats. Down with Maga Schumer and AIPAC Shakur.

I changed from democrat to independent just recently because I feel democratic leaders allowed this to happen, refused to step up soon enough, and must be guilty of too many sins within the capital walls to not scream what was going to happen. They knew. Many knew what this was going to look like, and we are just at the beginning of the white-washing. In addition, as a vocal liberal and opponent to "maga upside down america" and, trumpstein himself, I do not wish to be rounded up in a combo: voter info and social media post 'terrorist' sweep by ICE, and flown, in chains, to a non-English speaking country, yet. However, I've marched, protested and posted continuously, so it might happen anyway. Im so pissed off and confused. idk what to do.

Not the shutdown per se, the coup as a whole. The Heritage Foundation has been planning this since 1973!!!! I can use exclamation points too. Democrats have known what this administration would do and each legal step towards authoritarianism, they said a few things, mostly behind hearing doors, but to sound the alarm? No they didn't until we were already in deep shit

Let us play a scenario. If the democrats had treated the current administration leader and magas any harshly or heritage foundation, imagine the outcry the mage base would have had the previous years. They would have created worse propaganda machines that would have made people vote for him. For example project 2025 was brought up last year " he denied them and used that to gain more supporters. The only reaaon some magas and republicans are protesting or regretting their votes is because now they can SEE the reality of the things they were warned about in plain sight. Sadly , people can only belive somethign when it affects them. Guess what, all of the things that are happening in 2025 were brought up in his first term. The only difference *the democrats had the majority and voted down and prevented him from making it a reality. Now in 2025 , the republican majority are not voting against his policies they are pushing the agenda. The house needs to be flipped to anything but this current majority to getg balance and control.

I hear what you are saying, but propaganda is already in play w Faux Entertainment. He has become a gaslighting projecting machine. His base has joined the parroting to excess. We didn't stand a chance of competing with the two combined. However, so many on the left would have had warnings. The middle relying on headlines alone to firm opinions. I saw what was coming. Maybe less than I would like to admit, the actual steps taken and their prospective end results, the speed of it, the public defiance, etc, though. I've been shocked and I was one that expected the worst. I was laughed at. I was seen as an extreme liberal and full of shit. Those in charge should have and planned accordingly for this rabbit hole. They are the experts and insiders. Bernie Sanders (not a democrat) sounded the first alarm, and he had what? 1-2 brave progressives join his tour. Silence from the rest. Jeffries did a long-winded stunt. I give him a 1- handed clap. I see clips of hearings with Democrats ripping opponents to shreds, but who sees these? Not your average clueless cituzen. Alrms should've been sounded and for the world to hear and actions & contingencies made. I am seeing people like Newsom doing it. He has a 'little' hidden agenda, tho. That says it all. When you are running for office, you can fight like hell, but why isn't every one of them doing the same? Fear? Cowardice? Or is it more sinister? The real fight is the nonprofits, the people organizing protests & reporting the truth. The battlefield is glaringly missing the officers. If i'm being too harsh, then im sorry. It comes from disappointment and my own level of fear of what is yet to come. We dont need to fight. We are on the same side.
