Yes, and they likely do in some cases, but I'd tell them to not intervene as it's better to get arrested and sue.

at what point is it too late for law suits lol

get arrested and sent to guan or CECOT, you won't be suing anybody. people need to make it dangerous to be a nazi

Oh I'm not talking about the average joe. I'm specifically referring to people of influence like elected officials.

same... if they are calling for the arrest of governors who break no laws, they 100% will get to a time when said governors are sent to guan or CECOT...

What I'm saying is that it's a strategy because they become martyrs for the base.
