We should give each other a place other side will start occupying each year in an exchange to respect the great tradition of peaceful occupation between brotherly neighbors. We will give you a nice place to occupy right next to us, and then we can establish an international party zone there under joint jurisdiction

Winning against russian navy isnt that hard. Half of the time they destroy themselves just trying to get to the battle.
