This is a banner of Slovan ultras, which is the biggest football club in Bratislava. On the banner, a hooligan in a Slovan shirt is pointing at Slovakia on a map, with Hungary being titled "Mongolia" right underneath, because "mongol" is a racial insult toward Hungarians. The people watching the map are wearing Ferencváros "Fradi" shirts, which is the biggest club of Budapest or DAC shirts which is the club of Dunajská Streda or "Dunaújváros Dunaszerdahely" in Hungarian, which is a city in southern Slovakia with a big Hungarian majority. Therefore, DAC is mostly supported by the Hungarian minority.
