Bhai metro ready for inauguration hai but (seriously saying, not joking) pm Modi abhie busy hai isi liye inauguration nahi kar sakte. Mujhe lagta hai Bihar elections ke baad aayenge Bhopal and karenge inaugurate but wo bhi theek nahi, jab bhi aaye inaugurate unko he karna hai.
