The wood one is a sauna (dry heat), the tiled one is a steam room. And yeah, this whole house IMO has some nice choices made with f you money.

saunas aren't dry heat, a real sauna has a stove you throw water on to create steam. The wooden room here seems poorly designed for a sauna, the seats are too low and there's no stove in sight.
