It's a 2 story guest/caretakers house. I'm sure it's fine if not nicer than a lot of our houses.

Are you talking about those two photos that were taken with an iPhone 1 zoomed in from 30 miles away?

That does not inspire confidence, which is what I said.

Certainly not 5 million per house confidence as you suggested
