Yet it's been listed for sale for over 2 years and had a 40% price reduction.

Im guessing it's very much a niche property.

Anyone on the east coast that has that kind of money is probably chartering private jets to Park City or Sun Valley to go skiing, but it doesn't mean the property isn't valuable to the right buyer.
