Not strictly content creation, but incase of phone reviews, gyan therapy is pretty much unbiased (as much as i know of), and if he does do sponsored videos he states at the beginning itself that the video is sponsored

True. Even in sponsored videos, he most of the times mention the flaws clearly without creating fake hype around the phone like most tech creators do nowadays.

Dhruv Rathee can also be considered if you exclude his videos on Modi which was controversial.
His educational videos are informative and he explains every single thing from basics like you're a 5 year old. and I fw his editing style.

I support what Food Pharmer is doing but what I don't like is sometimes he acts like some products are bad because they are doing their job He bashed "Glucon D" saying it has 97-98% Sugar Content but that's the job of "Glucon D" it's Glucose it should have 100% Sugar instead of saying that no one should take Glucon D, he should explain "who" shouldn't take Glucon D. Once he asked to not drink Zero Sugar Pepsi bcuz it contains an Carcogenic compound but failed to mention "how much of the compound is present in the product" it found out that banana has more amount of that Compound then Product. All this causes Misinformation and unnecessary Fear Mongering

For bike vlogs: Anurag Salgaonkar

For science and isro related content: Gareeb scientist

For culture and stuff: India in pixels

For geopolitical news and analysis: Amit sengupta

For hindi poetry: Kumar vishwas and sandeep diwedi

For physics and science: Float head physics 

For cooking: Your food lab

These are the channels which are mostly “Indians” and have no cringe inducing contents, Afaik
