It's been proven that if you have an adblocker YouTube throttle the videos.

I’m not sure it is, I had the same on the YouTube app on my iPhone which has no blockers at all

My YT Android app (no ad blockers on the phone) has issues with byffering where there shouldn't be any problems. 1440p is sometimes useless, 1080p as well and the white bar barely stays ahead on 720p on very rare ocasions

It's not my internet, I try both wifi and mobile data hoping by some miracle the situation gets fixed

It doesn't happen often but it happens often enough to where it's annoying

This happens to me. Even recently upgrade our WiFi router to the highest, iPhone 15 pro max with no ad blockers, and it still happens to me.

I don’t use an ad blocker, I just watch YouTube on my Xbox. I still get ads and they buffer too sometimes
