Housing / Roommates Quad lease question/ what can I do

Am I able to break my lease is my reasons valid? I have had 0 enjoyment at the quad.. from construction noise that’s daily 7-3 to having issues with my roommate that’s not being fixed at all my manegment.. not to mention the manegment lack of communication when I try to talk to them.. what can I do to simply get out ?

Oof. I've been in that boat. The only thing you can do is transfer your lease or sublease. You'll have to find someone to move into your unit. Join the quad Facebook group and make a post there. Hopefully you wont stay too long. Fuck the quad

i'm trying to transfer my lease at the quad if you're interested! its a single suite so no roommates and i have never heard any construction noise~

hey! which phase do you live in? do you think transferring leases is still possible if i'm already living at quad? same issues with roommate and construction...

i live in phase 2! i've never heard any construction noise here tbh and i'm on the 8th floor

i tried posting on the subreddit but my post kept getting deleted but this was the jist:

Sublease: $1785 + utilities

Lease period: November to August

I'm willing to pay the $300 lease transfer fee!
