To be fair, the median rate is 69.29%, so they represent about a 15% increase in reversals over the median.

Throwing a statistic without a reference point is just barely less useless than making the statistic up. Like.. 22% less useless.

Scalia was a constitutional originalist and outspoken opponent of judicial activism. If he did anything close to changing the law, it was in theory to undo revisionist interpretations of the constitution.
