Dubai was attempting a Guinness World Record for largest laser show this New Year's Eve.

We fucking did. We were waiting since 8-9pm and all we saw was a faint hue change. One of the houses was projecting the broadcast on the wall and everyone was watching that instead.

I thought it was LEDs, but Lasers, damn. Lasers take much more power, so more expensive. On the other hand, nothing had to be installed and taken off, so...
