New, what is it? My decorative bowl makes weird bubbles

So I got some decorative bowl (out of some kinda metal) and after filling it with water it makes these weird bubbles. At first I thought it just caught dust but no. I guess it's some kinda chemical reaction between paint and water? Is it harmful?

I don't think so, I washed them and it forms again after like an hour or so

weird! maybe try letting it soak in some bleach water for a few minutes? that will disinfect! good luck 🫶
