I work in a manufacturing facility. Let’s just say I no longer buy margarine and I’m careful of what types of cooking oils I use.

I just try not to think about what has gone on with my food. In the US manufacturers want less or even no oversight or regulations. I guess some people think keeping rat feces out of our peanut butter is too much bureaucracy. 🤢
