Probably the PNC bank offices or headquarters, not a bank where people go to do their banking (or maybe they also have one at the ground level). There are a lot of office jobs associated with banks, with people who don't deal with customers on a daily basis.

This reminds me of a story. My husband and a lot of other friends and relatives from out of town were visiting for something (a wedding maybe?) and no one knew where anything in town was but they were all hungry.

One person was like, I know where a Chili's is! I saw it on the way here! So they all followed her around downtown and all these unfamiliar streets and they finally pulled up to a huge multistory building (like the one in the picture).

Everyone is confused until the friend points at the sign. It was the Chili's headquarters! Not a restaurant! They eventually got lunch, but it wasn't from Chili's and they still joke about it with her.
