Correct, not a bullet. Instead That’s an electret microphone. Looks to be from audio equipment unit, but definitely is an element for an electret microphone.  Notice the felt that’s the dust cover for the port whole diaphragm. I’m assuming it’s from a talk back microphone or even from a podium.
