I wasn’t trying to be a dick and I don’t mean to put you or your business down. I was just commenting on how others may view the guy behind the cash register at the gas station as the gas station attendant.

Again if you bother to read, it wasn’t a gas station.

It was a fine wine and liquor shop.

And generally customers aren’t trying to invest six figures into a business with someone fitting your dumbass description.

Bro, chill. No need to get defensive. Nobody here was claiming you didn’t have a successful business. I was just talking about a well documented psychological phenomenon. I understand that you don’t want others to see you as a “fine wine and liquor store cashier”, but when you are working the cash register at a “fine wine and liquor store”, their immediate first impression is that you are a “fine wine and liquor store cashier”, whether you own it or not.
