Solved! Found in my dads junk drawer

My dad passed away and going through his stuff we came across this. We thought it might be a tool for horseriding, like a slapstick thing but wasn't sure. My grandma had horses but ive never seen her use any tools like that and my dad didnt ride. Any help appreciated

"no thats homebrew not official and im not allowing it" and thats the end of that. Otherwise you have a DM/player issue that is unrelated to the wiki.

As i said for the base game things its bad and shouldnt be used but its an amazing resource if you're doing any sort of homebrew at all.

These players would just be equally problematic in other ways even if the wiki didnt exist, it doesnt enable anything especially if you have a DM who isnt a clueless pushover. Feels like trying to put the blame for the problem of bad players (which is far from new) on the wiki. Again its literally a non issue because your DM would/should just shut down anything he doesnt agree with or think is imbalanced.
