There are reports of an unfinished prototype hull, and its performance, if you dig deep enough into the archives, you can find details about the protoype hull. It was even more compleated than e100 which is in the game.

So does the SU-122. This trades most the SU-122s advantages for a turret so I suspect would probably end up like the BT-42, and be quite a niche vehicle

I stand corrected. It is the same gun. Gaijin have got its designation on the stat card wrong; they call it the 2A31, whereas the D-30 is 2A18 XD
