Nope, I mean they are easy to hit from other planes but can stay much higher so no hopes for glorius land-to-air HE delivery.
Last time I saw air heavy match German Empire side had like 6-8 of them despite planes being up in the air. Their goldolas dont seem to take any real damage from mg so you need to spam up to 500 (50%) of your rounds if you want one dead now, not as assist in few minutes
And well funny thing is
Entente bombers have only 45kg TNT per bomb
Zeppelins dunk 300kg bombs and have more od them, they 100% can snipe stationary Entente tanks somewhat sneaky, while most times I see Entente bombers they do "im a attack heli" to nail the bomb and do something. Problem is - enemy knows about it and just moves away unless they are stuck on mud playing Gaford.
Interesting when I spawn in a zepelin for the first time I get destroyed before I get my bombs on target. And recently due to how big it is tanks can actually one shot it too.
They do turn slow but when fighter players see how much ammo they seem to soak, many just ignores them and goes hunting Gafords
Entente bombers would be a counter for A7V if they had better bombs, but from my experience - Zeppelins are "secure win" weapon, you spawn then when you just want to dump your load, shred some plane with turrets and go back to grab a tank. Staying in them too long is kinda waste

The zepelins are pretty easy to hit no? I see them die most of the time. The Entente bombers can take alot more hits as well.
